JOB SUMMARY:

The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for the development and implementation of revenue management strategies and processes in all client hotels in order for optimization and maximization of its revenues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops revenue management and distribution strategy of hotel
  • Oversees a team that creates and develops pricing strategies
  • Oversees a team that creates and develops policies and procedures
  • Performs competitive benchmark studies and follows market trends
  • Analyzes overall daily hotel performance and provides summary reports with recommendations
  • Ensures website and OTA booking process is maintained, up-to-date and functional.
  • Oversees and audits standards and operations of reservations in partnership with Finance and FP&A
  • Oversees a team that creates and maintains a thirteen-month rolling demand calendar
  • Drives results through staff professional development and appropriate training programs
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support efficient operation of Department.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business, STEM based studies or Economic Studies required.
  • Minimum 10 years’ of revenue management experience required inclusive of 3-5 years in a hotel setting.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s preferred.
  • Revenue Management in a Casino setting preferred.
