JOB SUMMARY
Provide leadership for campus initiatives including enterprise-wide Internship/Co-op Program. Oversee full life cycle recruiting process resulting in 500 + positions filled annually across various operational locations including recruiting events.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership for campus initiatives including enterprise-wide Internship/Co-op Program.
- Oversee full life cycle recruiting process resulting in 500 + positions filled annually
- Manage operational and campus funding budget.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum six (6) years of Talent Acquisition, HR, or relevant experience
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Prior people management experience, managing and coaching a team of direct reports
- Strong client facing capabilities with a proven ability to build solid and long-term relationships
