JOB SUMMARY

Provide leadership for campus initiatives including enterprise-wide Internship/Co-op Program. Oversee full life cycle recruiting process resulting in 500 + positions filled annually across various operational locations including recruiting events.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership for campus initiatives including enterprise-wide Internship/Co-op Program.
  • Oversee full life cycle recruiting process resulting in 500 + positions filled annually
  • Manage operational and campus funding budget.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum six (6) years of Talent Acquisition, HR, or relevant experience

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior people management experience, managing and coaching a team of direct reports
  • Strong client facing capabilities with a proven ability to build solid and long-term relationships
