JOB TITLE: Maintenance Worker II

SALARY: $20.57-$26.74

JOB SUMMARY

Completes general maintenance, repairs, and remodels on all tribal facilities to keep Cowlitz properties in proper working order, including new construction involving building substrates. Honors and represents the mission, vision, and values of CIT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists in forming and pouring concrete slabs.
  • Textures, primes, and paints walls. Lays new flooring.
  • Fits and installs prefabricated window frames, door frames, weather stripping, and interior and exte

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of grounds keeping, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Knowledge of a variety of carpentry equipment operation such as saws, drills, planers, routers.
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards and applicable safety practices.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Pre-employment drug screen.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Completion of trade school helpful.
