JOB TITLE: Mental Health Professional (LMHC)

SUPERVISOR: Clinical Supervisor

SALARY: $85,586. – $119,82

JOB SUMMARY

Incorporates a variety of strengths-based, culturally informed therapeutic modalities & interventions for people in the MAT program. Provides evaluation, diagnostic, therapy & crisis intervention to individuals, couples, & families.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adheres to established DSM guidelines and ASAM protocols.
  • Discovers the underlying causes of addiction for each client & assesses co-existing health issues.
  • Engages clients through outreach and building rapport.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Reference checks, education and employment verification.
  • Federal, state, and/or tribal criminal history and sanction checks.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or closely related field.
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State required.
  • Licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) preferred.
