JOB TITLE:  Program Assistant – PTH

SALARY: $22.63 – $29.42

JOB SUMMARY

Ensures the efficient and effective operations of the Pathways to Healing Program by providing administrative and programmatic support. Maintains professionalism in all interactions with internal and external customers

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Skill in treating internal and external customers with professional courtesy, and respect.
  • Knowledge of proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, and basic arithmetic.
  • Serves as point of contact on client referrals; and may initiate intake process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Creates and designs social media content and materials; monitors social media accounts.
  • Produces publications for survivors, community and employees.
  • Write newsletter articles regarding program updates, growth, and general information.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma/GED. Three years related experience.
  • Valid driver’s license is required when driving vehicles for work-related purposes.
  • Experience working within American Indian and/or Alaska Native communities preferred.
