JOB TITLE: Substance Use Disorder Professional

SUPERVISOR: Program Manager
SALARY: $59,536 – $83,351
JOB SUMMARY
Provides substance use disorder services that incorporate a variety of strengths-based, culturally responsive therapeutic modalities as a member of an integrated behavioral health team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes all required documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Teaches coping skills and relapse prevention techniques.
- Manages client caseload ethically and in accordance with established procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Certified Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) in Washington State required.
- Experience working within American Indian and/or Alaska Native communities preferred.
- Ability to development, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of individualized service plans.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field.
- Three years work experience in behavioral health services including counseling
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
