JOB SUMMARY
The Prosecutor Represent the Tribe in prosecution of adults and juveniles committing criminal acts within Tribal jurisdiction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Considerable knowledge in legal and substantive Tribal and Federal laws and procedure.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution and be licensed to practice law
